Venison Loaf
1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup beef or venison broth
2 1/2 lbs ground venison
1 lb ground sausage
2 eggs
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 cups finely chopped onion
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9 inch loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl soak crumbs in broth for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Turn into pan; bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
