Turkey Cashew Casserole
3 oz can Chinese noodles
2 cups diced cooked turkey
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup cashew news
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tsp soy sauce
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Reserve 1/2 cup noodles. Place remaining noodles in a mixing bowl.
Add turkey, celery, nuts and scallions; toss lightly. In a small bowl
blend soup, broth and soy sauce. Pour over turkey mixture; mix well.
Turn into the casserole dish; sprinkle with remaining noodles.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
