Easy Breakfast Casserole
8 slices bread
butter
1 lb bulk sausage
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
6 eggs beaten
2 cups half and half
1/2 tsp salt (if desired)
Remove crust from bread. Spread with butter. Place in greased 13 x 9 baking dish
Set aside. Brown and crumble sausage, drain. Spoon over brad. Sprinkle with half of
cheese. Combine eggs, half and half and salt. Cover casserole and chill overnight.
Remove from fridge 15 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered 350 degrees
approximately 45 minutes or until set. Enjoy!
