Olive and Beef Pinwheels

6 ((6x3x1/8 inch thick) slices of deli roast beef, turkey,
pastrami or ham. 6-7 oz

1/3 cup cucumber dill spreadable cheese or flavored hummus

36 pitted Kalamata or ripe olives

36 stuffed green olives

Wooden picks

Pat meat slices dry with paper towel. Spread each side of beef

with about 1 tbsp cheese spread. Starting with long side, roll

up each slice jelly roll style to enclose dip. Set aside with seam side down.

Cut each meat roll into 6 pinwheels. Secure seam of each with toothpick.

Thread 1 Kalamata and 1 green olive on opposite ends of each wooden pick,

with pinwheel in the center. Makes 36
