No Bake Honey Oat Bars

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup butter or margarine

1/3 cup honey

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup dried fruit bits

1 1/2 cup whole wheat flake cereal

1 cup quick cooking oats

1/2 cup sliced almonds

Butter a 9x9x2 inch pan. Heat sugar, butter, honey and cinnamon in a 3 quart

saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. Boil 1 minute, stirring

constantly; remove from heat. Stir in fruit bits. Stir in remaining ingredients. Press

mixture in pan with back of wooden spoon. Cool completely. Makes 24 bars.
