Marinara Sauce with Mozzarella Cheese Dip
2 cups chunky marinara sauce
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed
2 tsp chopped fresh basil leaves
2 loaves (10 oz each) baguette style French bread,
cut into 1/2 inch slices, toasted
Spray a small slow cooker with cooking spray. Pour marinara sauce in cooker.
Cover; cook on Low Heat for 2 hours.
Stir in mozzarella and basil leaves. Cover; cook on low heat setting for about 30 minutes,
or until cheese is just starting to melt. Serve with baguette slices.
Spread can be kept warm on low heat setting up to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
