Low Carb Walnut Cookies

2 cups walnut pieces

1/3 cups granulated sugar

3 egg whites whished until frothy

1 tsp cinnamon

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grind nuts, sugar and cinnamon in blender or food processor. Combine with egg whites.

Drop by teaspoon on oiled cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Cookies will be soft; do not overbake.

Makes 15 cookies.

Note: reduce the sugar by substituting Splenda brand sugar substitute for regular sugar.
