Ham, Potato and Onion Casserole

1 1/2 cups medium white sauce

1 tsp salt

1/8th tsp pepper

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 lb cooked ham, diced

2 cups diced, cooked potatoes

1 large onion, sliced

1 cup fresh bread crumbs

1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole. Put the white sauce

in a saucepan; stir in salt, pepper and cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring

occasionally, until cheese is melted. Remove from heat; stir in ham, potatoes

and onion. Turn into casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs and butter.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
