Grilled Oysters
1/2 cup unsalted butter or margarine, melted
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 lbs oysters, shucked
Coat grill rack or basket with nonstick cooking spray.
Preheat grill to medium high direct heat. Combine butter,
chili powder, cumin, red pepper and salt in a small saucepan.
Place oysters in grill basket or on a grill rack; grill 2-4 minutes, or
until edges are browned. Serve with butter mixture. Serves 4
