Deer Loin Chops

4 deer chops, 1 inch thick

2 crushed garlic cloves

1/3 cup vegetable oil

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp catsup

1 tbsp vinegar

1/4 tsp pepper

Combine everything except the deer loin chops to make a marinade.

Let chops marinate for several hours or over night, keeping covered

and cool. When ready to use, broil over hot barbecue coals until

brown and tender, or saute in 2 tbsp hot oil in a heavy skillet until brown

and tender.
