Croissant Sandwiches
4 croissants
1/2 cup hummus
8 slices turkey breast
12 thin cucumber slices
1/4 cup sliced, pitted ripe olives
4 slices deli swiss cheese
8 slices cooked bacon
Lettuce and tomato
Preheat broiler. Split croissants; spread hummus evenly on bottom half of each croissant.
Layer turkey, cucumber, olives and cheese. Add bacon.
Broil 4-5 inches from heat for 4-5 minutes or until warm and cheese has melted.
Remove and top with top half of croissants.
Add lettuce and tomato.
