Creamy Broccoli Dip
Makes 1 2/3 cups
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp grey poupon mustard
2 tbsp milk
1 cup finely chopped, cooked broccoli
1/4 cup chopped, red pepper
2 tbsp chopped scallions
In a small bowl, with an electric mixer at medium
speed, beat cream cheese, mustard, and milk until well
blended. Stir in broccoli, red pepper and scallions. Cover and
chill until ready to serve.
