Cranberry Crumble
2 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Vanilla Ice Cream
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 9 inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Place cranberries in pie plate.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar.
Beat egg well; gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, beating until foamy. Add flour and melted butter Beat until thoroughly blended. Pour over berries.
Bake for 45 minutes. Crust should be golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream.
Reduce the calories by substituting sugar with SPLENDA brand sugar substitute.
