Caribou Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs ground caribou

1 egg

1 cup wheat germ

Salt, pepper, onion and garlic salt

Bacon strips

Combine all ingredients except bacon. Mix well and shape

into a loaf pan. Lay bacon on top. Bake in a preheated

375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
