Broiled Moose Steak

A good flavored moose steak is wonderful broiled. Using T-bones or rib steaks,

1 1/2 inch thick. Trim off excess fat. This will decrease the gamey taste.

Broil as you would any beef steak. For those who prefer rare or medium rare

meat, moose is delicious. When cooked well done, moose tends to be dry.
