Broiled Fish with Dill

1 fish fillet, 2 to 4 oz

Light soy sauce

1-2 large green onions, chopped, including green top

2 tsp chopped fresh dill

1 tsp lemon juice

Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Cold unsalted butter, as needed

You can use any white, mild flavored fish fillet,
like fluke, trout or flounder in this recipe

Preheat broiler and put the rack at the level closest

to the heat source. Rub the fillet generously on both sides

with soy sauce. Put in a small dish and sprinkle with the onion,

dill, lemon juice and pepper. Dot with small pieces of butter.

Broil about 5 minutes, without turning, until the fish flakes when

poked with a fork. Do not overcook. ( The timing depends on the

thickness of the fillet. Flounder tends to be thinner, so it make not take

as long. Eat with lemon wedges and red new potatoes.

Serve with a low carb vegetable and eliminate the potatoes to have a
delicious low carb meal.
