Breaded Sea Bass Fillets

1 egg

2 tbsp milk

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp thyme

Bass fillets

Cracker or bread crumbs

Combine egg, salt, pepper and thyme. Coat fish in egg mixture, then roll in cracker

crumb or bread crumbs. Fry in a hot pan until brown, turning once and using about

2 tbsp melted butter to fry them in.
