Black Eyed Peas and Tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 (1 lb) cans black eyed peas, drained
2 (1 lb) cans tomatoes, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Heat oil in saucepan; saute onion until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Cover; simmer over low heat for 15 minutes
