Baked King Salmon

Place heavy aluminum foil in shallow baking pan. Lay thick salmon steaks, or

chunks of salmon on the foil. Place a pat of butter and a lemon slice on each

piece of salmon. Srinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap foil tightly and bake for 1/2 hour

at 450 degrees. This smells and tastes as good as when cooked over hot barbecue

coals..
